Refund & Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund.

If that’s case please consider carefully all the steps in order to give us the possibility to correctly process your refund using the same method you used to pay.

Once you have received your order you have 14 days from the date of delivery to make a return. Please be assured that the items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item, and this shipping costs are not refundable by ODVlux.

We advise returning your item to us using a traceable method, as ODVlux cannot accept responsibility for any lost items.

ODVlux reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements, in that case it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.

The refund will cover the full buying price of the merchandise.

When your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please send an email to returns@odvlux.com indicating your order number and the item you would like to return. We will process your request and provide further instructions for your return as soon as possible.
